Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Royal Aminos website, creation or use of an account, participation in the research-access process, and purchase of products from Royal Aminos (“Royal Aminos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By deliberately selecting a control that identifies these Terms and submitting the associated action, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enter the storefront, create an account, or place an order.

Additional policies identified during the acceptance process, including the Research Use Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Return Policy, are incorporated into these Terms. Affiliate participation is also governed by the separately accepted Affiliate Program Terms.

Electronic records, acceptance, and signatures

When a required acceptance control identifies a document and you deliberately select that control and submit the related action, you consent to receiving and using electronic records and intend that action to constitute your electronic signature. Royal Aminos may preserve the accepted document version, acceptance language, date and time, researcher classification, related account or order identifier, IP address, and privacy-minimized technical evidence.

Viewing a page, browsing products, signing into an existing account, or restoring an existing browser session does not by itself create acceptance. If you act for a company, laboratory, academic institution, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility and research access

You must be at least 21 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter a contract, and acquire products only for legitimate and lawful laboratory research. Royal Aminos serves independent researchers, laboratories, companies, and academic institutions that affirm the required research-use restrictions.

By completing the research-access process or submitting an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• The information you provide is complete and accurate.
• You are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory research.
• No product will be used in or on a human or animal.
• You have the training, facilities, equipment, protective measures, storage controls, and legal authority appropriate for the material.
• You will comply with all federal, state, and local requirements governing acquisition, possession, transport, research, storage, and disposal.

The access gate records a self-attestation. It does not independently certify your identity, credentials, training, professional status, or legal authority. We may request additional information, restrict quantities, deny access, or decline an order when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, or responsible product stewardship.

Research-use restrictions

All Royal Aminos products are offered solely for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use.

You may not use, acquire, transfer, or promote a product for:

• Human or veterinary consumption or administration.
• Injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, or topical application.
• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
• Clinical, therapeutic, medical, cosmetic, food, feed, or household purposes.
• Compounding or preparation for human or veterinary use.
• Commercial resale, redistribution, relabeling, or repackaging.
• Any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Royal Aminos does not provide or authorize dosing, cycling, stacking, administration, treatment, or personal-use guidance.

Product and lot information

At this version date, the initial catalogue contains four product families and seven separately sellable strengths: BPC-157 10 mg; Tesamorelin 10 mg; GLP-3P(RT) 10 mg, 20 mg, and 30 mg; and GLP-2P(TZ) 30 mg and 60 mg. The current product listing controls availability and may be revised prospectively.

Each sellable strength is treated as a separate purchasable record with its own SKU, price, stock status, current lot, and Certificate of Analysis (“COA”). A COA applies only to the lot identified on that document. Information for one lot or strength must not be treated as documentation for another.

Product descriptions, specifications, storage information, lot records, test methods, purity results, and COAs are supplied for research evaluation and traceability. You are responsible for determining whether the documented material is appropriate for your lawful research. Product information is not medical, veterinary, legal, or regulatory advice and does not promise a particular experimental outcome.

Images may be illustrative. The product name, strength, quantity, SKU, lot, and applicable documentation recorded with the order control the transaction. We may correct an obvious clerical, pricing, specification, or inventory error before accepting or shipping an order.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your password, and restricting access to your account and email. You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer an account, impersonate another person, or use another person’s payment information without authorization.

Email verification or another security step may be required before checkout. Access confirmed in one browser does not automatically transfer to another browser.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation means that we received the submission; it does not necessarily mean that we accepted the order. We may review, limit, reject, or cancel an order before carrier tender because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory error, safety concerns, legal restrictions, unusual quantities, or another legitimate compliance reason.

If Royal Aminos cancels an order before shipment, we will return amounts collected for the cancelled merchandise and any other amount required by law. Products remain subject to availability. Stock placed in a cart is not reserved until the order is accepted and successfully processed.

Prices, discounts, and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges are displayed before the order is submitted. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn prospectively, but the final order total presented and accepted at checkout governs the submitted order.

Only one promotional discount applies to an order. Royal Aminos discounts do not stack. The fixed order of precedence is:

1. A valid affiliate referral: 15% off eligible merchandise.
2. WELCOME25: 25% off an eligible customer’s first order when no affiliate referral controls the order.
3. Automatic merchandise discount: 15% off when eligible merchandise reaches $250 and neither a valid affiliate referral nor WELCOME25 applies.

Affiliate referral pricing takes priority even when another offer would otherwise be available. A referred visitor is not eligible to combine or replace the affiliate discount with WELCOME25 or the subtotal discount.

WELCOME25 is limited to one eligible first order per customer. Eligibility may be evaluated using the customer account, email address, and billing or delivery identity. A minimal pseudonymous claim record may remain after an order or account is erased so the one-use restriction can continue to be enforced. Unless Royal Aminos publishes a different written rule, WELCOME25 has no minimum merchandise subtotal and no product exclusions.

The $250 automatic threshold is based on eligible merchandise after item-level adjustments and excludes shipping, taxes, and fees. Removing merchandise may remove that discount. Coupon entry or display does not guarantee eligibility; checkout validation and the final order record control.

Payment

You authorize Royal Aminos and the payment provider selected at checkout to process the amount shown in the final order total. Payment providers are independent services and may impose their own terms and privacy practices. Payment methods may be added, removed, or replaced without changing the other provisions of these Terms.

Use only payment instructions displayed through the official Royal Aminos checkout or sent from support@royalaminos.org in response to an identified order. Royal Aminos is not responsible for funds sent to an unverified account, address, profile, or third party.

Shipping and cancellation

Shipping availability, services, rates, processing, tracking, delays, address responsibilities, and claims are governed by the Shipping Policy. Royal Aminos currently ships to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C., including valid deliverable PO boxes.

You may request cancellation before the package is physically transferred to the carrier. Creation of a label does not by itself constitute shipment. After carrier tender, the order can no longer be cancelled, although qualifying merchandise may be eligible for return under the Refund and Return Policy.

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. When applicable law requires notice, consent to delay, cancellation, or a refund because an order cannot be shipped on time, Royal Aminos will provide the required option.

Returns and order problems

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, missing contents, and lost shipments are governed by the Refund and Return Policy. Contact support before mailing a return. An unauthorized return may be refused or delayed.

Please inspect deliveries promptly and report visible damage, an incorrect item, or missing contents within one business day after recorded delivery when reasonably possible. Prompt reporting preserves packaging and carrier evidence but does not eliminate a right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Communications

Royal Aminos may send transactional communications relating to access, account verification, security, payment, orders, shipping, product documentation, recalls, claims, policy changes, or support. Transactional communications are not marketing enrollment.

If optional promotional email or text messaging is introduced, any consent required for that program will be requested separately. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase, and legally required opt-out instructions will be provided.

Acceptable website use

You may not interfere with the website, probe or defeat security controls, submit false information, misuse another person’s identity or payment method, scrape protected account information, distribute malicious code, manipulate referrals or promotions, place fraudulent orders, or use the website to facilitate unlawful conduct.

Automated access, bulk extraction, or reproduction of catalogue or account data is prohibited unless Royal Aminos gives prior written permission.

Intellectual property

The Royal Aminos name, logos, graphics, original website text, design, product presentation, and other original content are owned by Royal Aminos or used with permission. No ownership right transfers to you. Subject to the rights of the issuing laboratory or document owner, an unaltered COA may be retained for internal lawful research records associated with the identified lot.

You may not alter a COA, lot number, label, disclaimer, laboratory result, or other product document in a manner that changes its meaning or apparent source.

Website and product disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Royal Aminos does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Except for an express specification, identified lot document, or remedy stated in an applicable policy, Royal Aminos does not promise that a product is suitable for a particular project, method, or result.

Research materials may present known or unknown hazards. You are solely responsible for appropriate review, storage, handling, containment, protective equipment, research controls, and disposal. Nothing on the website is medical, veterinary, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed except where they cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these Terms limits an express written promise or a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Aminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from prohibited use, unlawful use, improper handling or storage, unauthorized resale, alteration of documentation, or use inconsistent with the identified lot information.

For a claim directly arising from an accepted order, Royal Aminos’ aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, unless a different remedy is required by law or the applicable liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Events outside reasonable control

Royal Aminos is not responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier interruption, severe weather, disaster, labor interruption, government action, service-provider outage, cyberattack, or supply disruption. This section does not remove any cancellation, delay-notice, or refund right required by law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without depriving a customer of mandatory protections that apply in the customer’s state. Subject to nonwaivable law, a dispute may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive a right to participate in a class or representative proceeding.

Changes

Royal Aminos may update these Terms prospectively. The version accepted for an order governs that order unless a change is required by law. A material change may require a new affirmative electronic acceptance before further access, purchase, or program participation.

Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
