Royal Aminos products are for laboratory research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use.

Royal Aminos supplies documented research materials to adults and organizations that affirm a legitimate and lawful laboratory-research purpose. A research-use label, website disclaimer, or access confirmation does not make an otherwise prohibited purchase or use lawful.

Not drugs, treatments, or consumer products

Royal Aminos products are not offered as drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods, feeds, household products, or veterinary products. They are not represented as approved to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

Product names, catalogue descriptions, specifications, test results, and COAs describe material identity and laboratory documentation. They do not constitute a claim concerning a human or animal body, an expected health outcome, or suitability for personal use.

Prohibited uses

Products are not intended, supplied, or authorized for:

• Human or veterinary consumption or administration.
• Injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, or topical application.
• Clinical, therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, feed, or household use.
• Compounding or preparation for human or veterinary use.
• Disease diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention.
• Personal experimentation, dosing, cycling, stacking, or administration.
• Commercial resale, redistribution, relabeling, or repackaging.
• Any use prohibited by applicable law.

No dosing or human-use guidance

Royal Aminos does not provide dosing, reconstitution-for-administration, cycling, stacking, route-of-administration, therapeutic, diagnostic, or personal-use guidance. No product page, message, image, document, or support response should be interpreted as authorizing such use.

Questions seeking medical, veterinary, dosing, treatment, or personal-use advice will not be answered as product-use guidance.

Purchaser responsibility

By completing the required access or checkout confirmation, the purchaser represents that the purchaser:

• Is at least 21 years old.
• Is an independent researcher or is authorized to act for a laboratory, company, or academic institution.
• Will acquire and use products only for lawful laboratory research.
• Has suitable knowledge, facilities, equipment, containment, protective equipment, storage controls, and disposal procedures.
• Will review the documentation for the exact product strength and lot received.
• Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The access process is a recorded self-attestation and does not independently verify credentials, training, identity, or regulatory authorization. Royal Aminos may request additional information or decline a transaction.

Lot-specific documentation

Each sellable product strength has its own SKU, lot record, and current COA. A test result or COA applies only to the exact lot identified on that document. It must not be applied to a different lot, strength, product, source, or altered material.

Purity, method, issue date, form, storage, and other specifications are informational laboratory data. The purchaser remains responsible for evaluating the material and documentation for the intended lawful research.

Handling and storage

Research materials may present known or unknown hazards. Use suitable engineering controls, personal protective equipment, restricted access, storage, recordkeeping, spill response, and disposal practices. Do not rely on website copy as a substitute for a laboratory’s own risk assessment or applicable safety requirements.

Changing legal or regulatory status

The legal or regulatory status of a material may differ by location and may change. Royal Aminos may restrict, suspend, or refuse access or a sale when reasonably necessary for compliance, safety, or product stewardship.

Electronic acceptance

When this Disclaimer is identified by a required acceptance control and the purchaser deliberately selects that control and submits the associated action, the purchaser consents to electronic records and intends the action to serve as an electronic signature accepting this Disclaimer. Merely viewing the website does not itself constitute acceptance.
