Refund and Return Policy

Order cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is physically transferred to the carrier. Contact support@royalaminos.org immediately. Creation of a shipping label does not by itself mean the order has shipped. Once the carrier has possession, the order cannot be cancelled.

Unopened returns

An unopened product may qualify for return only when all of the following are true:

• Support receives the return request within three calendar days after the carrier’s recorded delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, unaltered, and remains in its original sealed or tamper-evident packaging.
• The product remains in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• Support authorizes the return before it is mailed.
• The return is mailed to the authorized return address.
• The authorized return is tendered to the return carrier within five business days after authorization, unless support provides a different written deadline.

Each item is evaluated separately. Authorization to send a package does not guarantee that every enclosed item will qualify for a refund.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for an ordinary discretionary return. Use a trackable service and retain the receipt. Royal Aminos is not responsible for a customer return before it is delivered to the authorized return location.

If a return is required because Royal Aminos sent the wrong item, wrong quantity, or otherwise made a fulfillment error, Royal Aminos will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

Return inspection

After an authorized return is delivered, Royal Aminos will inspect the seal, packaging, product, lot, quantity, and condition. Inspection is normally completed within one business day after delivery to the return location.

If an item is not eligible, Royal Aminos will notify the customer. The customer may be offered the choice to pay the quoted postage to have the item returned or authorize disposal. If no choice is made and any required postage is not paid within 14 calendar days after notice, Royal Aminos may dispose of the ineligible item. Disposal does not create a refund.

Refund amount

For an approved discretionary return, the refund includes the amount paid for the approved returned merchandise and any associated refundable tax. Original outbound shipping and an expedited service already performed are not refundable unless Royal Aminos caused the return or applicable law requires otherwise.

Royal Aminos does not charge an undisclosed restocking, administrative, or payment-processing fee against an approved return.

Opened products

Opened, used, altered, contaminated, unsealed, or improperly stored products are not eligible for a discretionary return because their condition and chain of custody cannot be verified. This exclusion does not remove a remedy for a wrong product, verified defect, packing error, or another right required by law.

Damage, incorrect items, or missing contents

Please report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item within one business day after recorded delivery when reasonably possible. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, affected product, seal, and lot label.

Royal Aminos will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy when Royal Aminos made a packing or fulfillment error.

Product documentation concerns

If the strength, SKU, lot, label, or COA associated with the delivered item does not match the order record, do not open or alter the product. Contact support promptly with photographs and the order number so Royal Aminos can verify the discrepancy.

A disagreement with an accurately disclosed specification, purity result, test method, or lot record does not make an opened product eligible for discretionary return.

Lost or delayed shipments

Contact support when tracking stalls, shows an unresolved exception, or does not result in delivery. Royal Aminos will review available evidence and initiate a carrier inquiry or claim where appropriate. Carrier investigation periods and outcomes vary.

A remedy for an in-transit or delivered-but-missing shipment depends on the tracking evidence, carrier findings, order facts, applicable law, and any applicable carrier coverage. Royal Aminos does not state that every shipping risk automatically transfers to the customer at carrier tender.

Refund timing and method

Royal Aminos normally initiates an approved refund within three business days after cancellation or return approval. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when technically possible. If the original method does not support a direct refund, Royal Aminos will arrange a verified alternative with the customer.

Chargebacks and duplicate recovery

Contact support promptly so Royal Aminos can investigate an order issue. A customer may not receive duplicate recovery for the same loss through a Royal Aminos refund, carrier payment, payment dispute, or another source.

Nothing in this section removes a dispute right that applicable law or payment-network rules do not permit Royal Aminos to waive.
