Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: August 28, 2026

Program terms version: RA-LEGAL-FINAL-2026-08-29

Agreement and program status

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern participation in the Royal Aminos Affiliate Program. By submitting an application, deliberately accepting these Program Terms, using an affiliate code or link, or accepting a commission, you agree to these Program Terms. Participation begins only after Royal Aminos approves the application. These Program Terms do not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, agency, or authority to bind Royal Aminos.

Royal Aminos may administer the Program itself or through a service provider. Program approval is discretionary and may be denied or withdrawn for a lawful reason consistent with these Program Terms.

Eligibility and application

An applicant must be at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to contract, provide complete and accurate identity, contact, tax, payment, website, audience, and promotional-channel information, and have authority to act for any named organization. An affiliate account is personal to the approved participant and may not be sold, assigned, shared, or transferred without prior written approval.

Royal Aminos may manually review applications, request verification or tax documentation, inspect proposed promotional channels, and periodically re-review an approved account. Approval does not certify an affiliate’s credentials, statements, or legal compliance.

Research-use-only purpose

The Program exists only to refer qualified adult researchers and research organizations to laboratory research materials. Royal Aminos products are sold solely for lawful laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use. Affiliates must preserve that limitation in every product-related communication.

Commercial terms

  • Customer discount: an eligible customer receives 15% off eligible merchandise through an active affiliate attribution.
  • Affiliate commission: an approved affiliate earns 20% of the discounted eligible merchandise subtotal on a qualified order.
  • Attribution period: a valid referral may remain attributable for 60 days, subject to the tracking and precedence rules below.
  • Commission hold: a commission remains pending for at least 14 days after the qualifying transaction and until payment, fraud, cancellation, delivery, return, and chargeback review is reasonably complete.
  • Payout review: available balances are reviewed within 30 days after the applicable accounting period closes.
  • Minimum payout: $100 in available commission. A lower balance rolls forward.

Example: eligible merchandise priced at $250 is reduced to $212.50 by the 15% referral discount. The corresponding 20% commission is $42.50, subject to all qualification, hold, reversal, and payout rules.

Commission is calculated only on the discounted eligible merchandise subtotal. Shipping, taxes, governmental charges, tips, payment or service fees, gift-card value, refunded or cancelled amounts, failed payments, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and other non-merchandise amounts are excluded.

Discount precedence

Only one Royal Aminos discount path applies to an order. A valid affiliate attribution has priority and supplies the 15% referral discount. It does not stack with WELCOME25, the automatic 15% merchandise discount at $250, or another coupon, referral, or promotional reduction. If affiliate attribution is not valid when the order is priced, normal Royal Aminos discount rules apply.

Referral codes, links, and attribution

Royal Aminos may issue a stable member code and one or more tracked links. The code remains associated with the approved affiliate unless Royal Aminos changes or disables it. A referral cookie or equivalent first-party attribution record is distinct from the member code and may expire, be blocked, be cleared, or be superseded under the published discount rules.

A commission requires a valid, active affiliate attribution recorded on the order at checkout. Royal Aminos may consider the submitted code, tracked link, signed attribution record, browser storage, account association, timestamp, and fraud evidence. Tracking cannot be guaranteed when a browser rejects or clears storage, a customer changes devices or browsers, or a link is altered. Royal Aminos will not add an attribution after purchase merely on request unless reliable evidence shows a Royal Aminos tracking error.

Self-referrals and manipulated orders

Self-referrals, referrals within the same household or controlled business made principally to obtain a discount or commission, circular transactions, duplicate accounts, split orders, fabricated customers, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, coupon-site interception, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, automatic redirects, misleading domains, and any other manipulation are prohibited. Royal Aminos may withhold, reverse, or recover affected commissions and suspend related accounts.

Pending and available commission

A tracked amount is pending, not earned or payable, until Royal Aminos marks it available after the hold and review process. Availability may be delayed while an order, payment, return, carrier claim, dispute, identity, tax, compliance, or fraud matter remains unresolved. Dashboard estimates and notices are informational and may be corrected to match the authoritative ledger.

Refunds, reversals, and recovery

If all or part of an attributed order is cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, reversed, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified, the related commission may be reduced or reversed proportionally. A reversal may occur after a payout if the underlying event occurs later.

Royal Aminos may offset an overpayment or negative balance against pending or future commissions. If no sufficient balance exists, the affiliate must repay a documented overpayment after written notice. Royal Aminos will not recover more than the commission attributable to the affected transaction and will retain ledger evidence supporting the adjustment.

Payout process and taxes

Payouts are handled outside the storefront checkout through the method Royal Aminos approves and the affiliate verifies. Royal Aminos may require identity, tax, banking, or payment-provider information before payment. A payout may be paused until required documentation is complete or an apparent account mismatch is resolved.

The affiliate is responsible for all taxes, filings, registrations, and business expenses arising from Program participation. Royal Aminos may report payments or withhold amounts when required by law and may request a completed tax form before any payout.

Customer information and confidentiality

Affiliates do not receive unmasked customer identity, address, payment, or order information through the Program. A dashboard may show masked or aggregated transaction data reasonably necessary to explain attribution and commission. Affiliates may not attempt to identify a customer from that data or obtain customer information from Royal Aminos personnel or systems.

Nonpublic program terms, security information, customer information, product-launch information, operational information, and reports are confidential. An affiliate may use confidential information only to perform these Program Terms and must protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Required affiliate disclosure

Every endorsement, review, recommendation, social post, video, email, article, or other promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship close to the endorsement and before or with the referral link or code. The disclosure must be understandable, unavoidable, and appropriate to the medium.

Examples include: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link” or “Paid Royal Aminos affiliate; I may receive a commission.” A profile-page disclosure, buried footer, vague label such as “partner,” or disclosure placed after a “more” control is not sufficient when a clearer placement is reasonably available.

Research-use marketing restrictions

An affiliate may not state or imply that a product is intended, approved, suitable, safe, or effective for human or veterinary use. Affiliates may not publish dosing, cycling, stacking, administration, injection, ingestion, treatment, body-composition, wellness, medical, veterinary, cosmetic, therapeutic, diagnostic, disease, or personal-use claims or instructions.

Audience targeting, imagery, hashtags, testimonials, comparisons, before-and-after content, comments, and linked pages must not create a prohibited personal-use implication even when individual words are technically accurate.

Product documentation and approved materials

Affiliates may use only current Royal Aminos product names, strengths, images, specifications, lot references, COAs, prices, and promotional materials obtained from Royal Aminos or accurately linked from the current website. A COA may be associated only with the exact lot and sellable strength identified on that document. Affiliates may not alter test results, crop away identifying information, invent certification, or represent a historical lot document as current.

Every product-focused promotion must clearly state: “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.”

Prohibited marketing practices

Affiliates may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or violate email, text-message, telemarketing, privacy, endorsement, advertising, platform, or consumer-protection requirements.
  • Impersonate Royal Aminos, purchase misleading domains or search advertisements using Royal Aminos marks, or suggest that an affiliate page is an official Royal Aminos channel.
  • Use deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, adware, malware, hidden links, forced clicks, false scarcity, fake urgency, inaccurate pricing, fabricated reviews, or misleading claims.
  • Bid on Royal Aminos marks or confusing variations in paid search without prior written approval.
  • Promote commercial resale, redistribution, relabeling, repackaging, excluded shipping destinations, unlawful conduct, or prohibited use.
  • Use incentives, rebates, rewards, or commission sharing unless Royal Aminos approves the exact arrangement in writing.

Email, text, and direct marketing

An affiliate may contact only people from whom the affiliate has independently obtained legally sufficient permission. Every message must accurately identify the sender, include required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms, and honor withdrawal promptly. Royal Aminos customer or lead information may not be copied, purchased, scraped, enriched, or used by an affiliate.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials must reflect the speaker’s honest experience, disclose material connections, and avoid prohibited product-use claims. Affiliates may not fabricate engagement, purchase endorsements, suppress material limitations, or condition compensation on a positive review.

Limited brand license

While an account remains approved, Royal Aminos grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use current approved brand assets solely to perform these Program Terms. Affiliates may not modify a logo, register a Royal Aminos mark or confusing variation, use a mark in a company or account name, create merchandise, sublicense assets, or challenge Royal Aminos ownership. All goodwill benefits Royal Aminos. The license ends immediately upon suspension or termination.

Independent business and expenses

The affiliate controls when, where, and whether to promote, subject to these Program Terms, and bears all equipment, connectivity, advertising, professional, insurance, registration, and tax costs. The affiliate has no authority to quote binding terms, accept orders, make warranties, provide support commitments, or speak for Royal Aminos.

Monitoring, records, and cooperation

Royal Aminos may review public promotions, attribution evidence, traffic quality, account records, and compliance reports. Affiliates must retain substantiation, consent, disclosure, campaign, and transaction-related promotion records for at least four years and provide relevant records on reasonable request.

An affiliate must promptly report suspected fraud, unauthorized account use, regulator or platform inquiries relating to Royal Aminos promotions, product complaints suggesting a safety or prohibited-use issue, and any adverse-event report received in connection with a promotion. The affiliate must not provide medical advice or attempt to investigate an individual’s health.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time by written notice. Royal Aminos may suspend tracking, promotions, access, or payouts while investigating suspected fraud, security, legal, policy, or payment issues, and may terminate immediately for a material or repeated breach.

After termination, the affiliate must stop using Royal Aminos links, codes, marks, confidential information, and claims of affiliation. Valid available commission may be paid after final review; fraudulent, manipulated, reversed, or prohibited transactions do not become payable. Provisions concerning confidentiality, records, taxes, reversals, recovery, indemnification, limitations, disputes, and accrued rights survive.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the affiliate will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Royal Aminos and its owners, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from the affiliate’s unlawful marketing, prohibited claims, intellectual-property infringement, privacy or consent violation, tax obligations, breach of these Program Terms, or misuse of Royal Aminos materials. Royal Aminos will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and the affiliate may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on Royal Aminos without written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Program, tracking, dashboard, links, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Royal Aminos does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking, approval, traffic, conversion, earnings, or any minimum commission.

To the extent permitted by law, Royal Aminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from Program participation. Royal Aminos’ aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed commissions paid or payable to the affiliate during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Program changes

Royal Aminos may change discount, commission, attribution, hold, minimum-payout, compliance, or operating terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted or provided electronically and may require new affirmative acceptance. A change does not retroactively reduce commission already marked available, except for a later refund, chargeback, fraud finding, accounting correction, or other adjustment authorized by the terms that governed the transaction.

Electronic acceptance

Deliberately selecting a control that identifies these Program Terms and submitting the associated action constitutes consent to electronic records and the affiliate’s electronic signature. Royal Aminos may retain the accepted version, acceptance language, timestamp, account identifier, and privacy-minimized technical evidence.

Governing law and venue

Florida law governs these Program Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing, the parties should send a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.
